Scott & White Health Plan is Heating Up Your Summer With The 19th Annual Hot Summer Sounds

The 2017 Scott & White Health Plan Hot Summer Sounds free concert series will kick off on Friday, June 2nd in Miller Park (1919 North 1st Street). Concerts will be held every Friday evening through July 21st, from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. Each concert will feature a different musical act, from different genres, each week throughout the concert series.


“We want everyone to bring their family and friends to Miller Park every Friday night this summer to enjoy some great live music. Grab your lawn chairs and pack a picnic basket and we will provide the entertainment,” said Holly Leiferman, Special Events Coordinator for Temple Parks & Recreation.

“With the help of the Scott & White Health Plan, we are proud bring this great summertime tradition back to Miller Park for the 19th year,” said Kevin Beavers, Director of Temple Parks & Recreation. “This free concert series continues to grow in popularity and is a great way to enjoy an evening in the park with your family.”
