Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work. Join in for a terrific time at Tiny Tumblers! Participants will jump, flip, and learn the basic movements of gymnastics. This class is designed to develop movement, flexibility, coordination and creativity using developmentally appropriate activities for beginner students.

Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed. Students use these methods to learn to successfully handle various self defense situations. Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required. Class format is monthly sessions and meet ups are weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays)
