Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Are you ready for the challenge? Find a partner and join the fun! You and your partner will work together and create a fantastic themed cake to take home and show off. You will need to bring one plain 9”x13” cake. Themes will be handed out at the beginning of the class and the participants will have 1 hour to create their masterpiece. All decorating items will be provided.
