Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength, and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Dr. Scott Worsham leads the class and emphasizes the meditative aspects of Tai Chi and other types of meditation, along with their health benefits. Each class concludes with a meditative period. This on-going course is adaptable for all levels of mobility.

Unlike most Martial Arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience. Class format is monthly sessions and classes meet weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays). Pre-Registration Required

Join in for a terrific time at Tiny Tumblers! Participants will jump, flip, and learn the basic movements of gymnastics. This class is designed to develop movement, flexibility, coordination and creativity using developmentally appropriate activities for beginner students. Pre-Registration Required

Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed. Students use these methods to learn to successfully handle various self defense situations. Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required. Class format is monthly sessions and meet ups are weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays). Pre-Registration Required
