This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. This on-going course is adaptable for all levels of mobility. The sessions conclude with a meditative cool down. Led by Scott Worsham who has been practicing this exercise form for over 25 years.

Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Unlike most Martial Arts training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo, Taijutsu is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together and assist one another in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition, or previous martial art experience.

Looking for something fun to do for Spring Break? Come enjoy the carefree days of the Spring season at Camp Adventure! There will be many great, creative activities planned for the camp. Campers will experience archery, rock wall climbing, and many other cool activities. Bring a friend or make or make new ones. Pack a sack lunch and we will pack the fun! Camp is limited to 25-5/6 year olds and 90-7 & up.

This field trip based camp is all about getting kids off the couch and On The Go! Our goal is to provide unique, one of a kind experiences for campers. We will make the following trips: Monday- I-Fly, Tuesday- Top Golf, Wednesday- Main Event, Thursday- Urban Air, and Friday- Challenge Course. Return times and details will be emailed to participants. Fees cover admission and transportation, but food and souvenirs are on your own. All trips are age appropriate and space is extremely limited.

Join in for a terrific time at Tiny Tumblers! Participants will learn to jump, flip, and execute basic movements of gymnastics. This class is designed to develop movement flexibility, coordination, and creativity using developmentally appropriate activities and exercises for beginner students.

Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed. Students use these methods to learn to successfully deal with various self defense situations. Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required.
