Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

A call to action for kids: by a kid. Come learn how Climate Change affects your life and what YOU can do about it. Presentation followed by a Recycled Water Bottle Seed Planter Craft.
Alice Giambalvo will speak to children and families on climate change and global warming on Friday, April 28 at 4PM at Temple Public Library. The program will be held in the 3rd floor McLane Room and will include a recycled water bottle seed planter craft. For more information, call 298-5557.
Alice is a 4th grader who has a great love for nature and preserving it. Last summer, she trained with former Vice President Al Gore's Climate Reality Project where she worked with scientists and experts in climate studies. Her goal is to bring awareness to kids of all ages on the importance of caring for our Earth.

Celebrate children during the Week of the Young Child. This a week long event brings public awareness to the importance of early childhood development and education. A fun-filled week of activities is planned for the children and we hope you can come and play.
Friday: Down on the Farm - A morning of farm fun, pony rides, a petting zoo, and crafts at Bend of the River.
