    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  5. Pointed Pen Script Calligraphy

    Intrigued by the elegant handwriting of days gone by? Learn to created beautiful lettering by using a pointed calligraphy nib and ink, and applying the correct pressure. Current handwriting does not matter as this is an applied skill to learn and practice; just the desire to have some fun and do something unique. Led by a local school art teacher who is an active member of two local art guilds. All necessary supplies will be provided the first day of class, a $20 supply fee will be collected by the instructor.

  6. Tai Chi for Better Health

    This ancient Chinese exercise promotes, vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise movements, Tai Chi can help curtain arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Each class concludes with a meditative period. This ongoing class is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has practiced this exercise form for over 25 years.

  2. Extreme Gymnastics Camp- Level 2

    This camp is reserved for students with previous gymnastics experience. We will be building on the foundation that was laid in beginner gymnastics and challenge what students have already learned. Campers will be working on the floor, bars, balance beam, trampolines, and much more. Early drop off available for an additional cost.
