Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

De-stress, calm the mind and feel better! Meditation is taught in many forms and the ultimate result is to experience inner peace through a consistent meditation practice. In this beginner class we will practice breathing exercises, chanting positive affirmations (mantras), subtle body movements and sitting in silence. This class is designed to relax the nervous system, create mind power and settle an over-active mind so that the body, mind and soul will function healthier and happier. This on-going course is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Basantdeep Singh, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.

Unlike most Martial Arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience. Class format is monthly sessions and classes meet weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays).

This Basic Instructor Certification course is designed to provide the basic concepts of instruction and to increase the quality of professional law enforcement training. This course introduces the student to the teaching-learning process, phases of the teaching-learning process, factors affecting learning, needs assessment, task analysis, developing learning objectives, preparing a lesson plan, and methods of instruction. The students will be taught how to develop and use instructional media to enhance their presentations. In addition, the fundamental techniques of developing testing and evaluation procedures will be presented. Each trainee must demonstrate the basic knowledge and skills required to effectively instruct a lesson during two teaching exercises which will be evaluated by two instructors.

Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required. Class format is monthly sessions and meet ups are weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays).
