This course provides a review of current laws and court decisions. Probable cause, legal elements of a search warrant, arrest with or without a warrant, and warrantless searches are some of the topics addressed in this course.
This course is mandatory for any officer wishing to progress from a TCOLE Basic Peace Officer License to an Intermediate License.
Upon completion, 24 hours of TCOLE credit will be awarded.
Course is limited to 20 attendees.
