    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

    Our lives are filled with appointments, deadlines, and responsibility which can leave you feeling exhausted, irritable, and disconnected. Learn simple Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to help you relax and unwind. This class is designed to help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing, therapeutic benefits of massage with each other. You will be educated on massage techniques, products, and breathing exercises. Participants are encouraged to bring their own massage oils or aromatherapy for use.     February 8, 2018, 5:00 PM - February 11, 2018, 7:00 PM @ Register at Sammons Indoor Pool. Class will be held at the Mayborn Campus Center's Natatorium located at 923 University Drive, Belton, TX 76513

    Gain the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, respond to, and care for aquatic and land emergencies until EMS can take over. This is a Blended Learning course, so register early to complete the online coursework before classes begin. Expect the online course to take 8 hours. Cost includes a Manual, Pocket Masks, and Hands-on Training/certification. You must register at Sammons Indoor Pool at least two weeks before class begins. Apply to work for the City of Temple and only pay $35 for your certification!

    Introduction to issues related to responding to and investigating missing and exploited children incidents. These courses are mandatory to progress from a Basic Peace Officer License to an Intermediate Peace Officer License. These courses may also be necessary to progress from an Intermediate Peace Officer License to an Advanced Peace Officer License. Upon completion, 9 hours of TCOLE credit will be awarded. Class Size limited to 30 attendees.
