Reports of Peace Officer Involved Injuries or Death

- As required by Art. 2.139 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, law enforcement agencies shall report all officer-involved injuries or deaths caused by the discharge of a firearm (humans only).

Reports of Injuries or Death of Peace Officer

- As required by Art. 2.1395 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, law enforcement agencies shall report all injuries or deaths of peace officers in the performance of an official duty caused by a person who is not a peace officer while discharging a firearm.
